Nutrition Seminar with EMB Health

Harmony Pilates Studio and EM Health are excited to bring our Pilates community together for an educational afternoon discussing:

Nutrition and the importance of Protein Intake. Movement for life and the importance of Muscle Mass. Sleep and Stress Management and their relationship to health

Muscle is the organ of longevity. Your capacity to show up in your life, healthily and consistently, depends on maintaining physical strength as we move through life.
We often hear discussions and advice around improving ‘longevity’ and the ‘health span’ as well as the ‘life span’. What does that actually mean? How can we make adjustments that don’t require totally transforming every element of our day, but if done consistently, have a remarkable and lasting impact?

Join Aislinn for 45 mins of stretch followed by a 45 min south bath with Sterling using the gong, drum, bowls and chimes. Aroma therapy, trigger point massage and goody bags will be incorporated for a deeply relaxing and rememberable evening.
