Studio pilates & group apparatus- Chloe

I am Chloe, a Clinical Pilates Instructor. I fell in love with Pilates after I was diagnosed with endometriosis. Pilates showed me how to feel strong and powerful through mindful movements and provided me with a community of women that have had such similar experiences. It is such a genuine privilege to watch our community achieve their goals in class everyday, however big or small! Assisting people from all walks of life reach their true potential by empowering them through functional, dynamic movement brings me so much joy. I like to have fun in sessions whilst listening to my clients to deeply understand their needs on a day-to-day basis. I love our community here at Harmony and I look forward to meeting you and assisting you in your Pilates journey.

Group apparatus- Sterling

Originally from California, Sterling has lived in Australia since 2019. It was 10 years ago that she was first introduced to Pilates, but it wasn't until the beginning of the pandemic that her love for the practice truly blossomed. “Through my journey, I’ve really come to appreciate the relationship between mind-body-spirit, and the dance of deepening my self-awareness, whilst feeling strong, improving posture, and feeling incredible in my body.”While Sterling loves classical Pilates, she also enjoy incorporating dynamic variations to challenge her clients, ensuring continuous growth while staying true to the core essence of Pilates. Outside of teaching Sterling also facilitates sound baths and intimate womens circles, and loves to spend time with her two dachshunds, Butter and Chip.

PT & GroupApparatus- Millie

Hey! My name is Millie. I began teaching dance in my early teens and have now been teaching in the fitness industry for eight years. Beginning with barre, moving to mat and reformer Pilates, and functional fitness, I have always loved working with bodies to make them feel strong. In 2022, I completed my Performance Nutrition Coaching certification with the Clean Health Institute to formalise years of my own research and anecdotal learning around all things nutrition and vitality. I have been with Harmony for three years and as our clients can attest- I am a muscle mass enthusiast. Building and sustaining muscle is the body armour we all need for a long and vital life. Outside of the studio I work full time in public policy, I love body building, cooking (& posting) delicious meals, and am always working through a book.
